Coal, oil, natural gas and other non-renewable sources are useful. Though they have a use of providing fuel, they have many disadvantages. Even though we need gasoline for fuel it is very hazardous for the environment. The reason it is a hazardous source to consume is because, once it is consumed there is none of it left. That is a huge conflict for the environment and the consumers because, these fossil fuels are found in very deep places which miners drill through and that is damaging the environment. Also because, it takes these fossils a millenium which is a very long time that if consumers use it alot there will not be any left for future generations. Only until coal develops again.
Burning these fuels is extremely dangerous for the environment, when it is burned, it releases gases like C02 and other gases. So when the gases release, the proccess of pollution takes in place. The effects of polluting are very cruel to habitats in the arctic that the smoke melts polar bears habitat. This causes ensuing events to happen. Global warming is a very serious issue. As citizens we can reduce the quantity of fuels we use by conserving energy.
